5) Fund raising campaigns in various websites, social media platforms and other various mediums.
6)All products sold or distributed free by Hrim International Trust
7) All the projects of the Hrim International Trust past, present and future, direct or indirect , people associated with the trust direct and indirect, which shall include downloads of content, external links , usage of website or social media platforms, purchase of books lectures, products , cds, audios etc .
For convenience Hrim International Trust , all people associated with the trust , all activities of the trust whatsoever and all projects of the trust , products sold or distributed free by Hrim International Trust will be hereinafter referred to as “Hrim” .
“Hrim” and all the activities associated with the projects of Hrim are solely for the users who reside in India and those who believe in Sanantan Dharma , Vedas and Puranas . Any person outside India or non believer in Sanantan Dharma , Vedas and Puranas who may use the content and products of “Hrim” would be deemed as an unauthorised user and “Hrim” and any of the persons associated with “Hrim” should not be accounted for any damages or legal proceedings whatsoever.
In no event will “Hrim” and any of the persons associated with it be liable to any online visitors or person or any third party or anyone who pleads locus standi in whatever way or anyone who claims damages in whatever way etc. for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising from operation or inability to operate activities/projects/products of “Hrim”.
All persons/users/buyers etc. agree to indemnify and hold harmless, “Hrim” and any of the persons associated with it from any damages claimed as a result of information, resources, products or information services, or third party links obtained from “Hrim”.
The spiritual and material benefits stated with respect to various astrological forecasts, information , data , stotras, mantras, poojas, yantras, rudrakshas, gem stones, precious and semi precious stones, books, audio cds or other products and services listed on the site and various other websites and social media platforms are as per the ancient Indian scriptures or personal data accumulated by “Hrim” and, as the socio-economic-religious circumstances have changed a lot since then, neither “Hrim” nor any of the persons associated with it are to be held responsible for non fructification of the stated results.
“Hrim” does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, adequacy or completeness of any information, or resources available at, or through “Hrim”. and as such not warrant to any liabilities.
“Hrim” contains links to other sites. These links are provided as references to help you identify and locate other internet resources that may be of interest. The user on visiting or using the contents/Projects/Products/lectures/videos/CD of “Hrim” or giving any information on the website confirm that they are doing so at their own risk and “Hrim” and any of the persons associated with it cannot be held responsible for any kind of loss. They also agree that they will not be pulling “Hrim” and any of the persons associated with it in any dispute and if they feel that the contents from “Hrim” are not right they can immediately stop using the content or leave the project of “Hrim”.
In this legal disclaimer we have tried to list all the possibilities to keep us safe and there is a chance that some points are missed but we request every one that all the activities of “Hrim” is for benefit of mankind and is not intended to harm anyone, however if any one feels in other way they are free to do so but they are requested to leave us and not do any act which will cause strain to us .
All the persons using information/products/CDs/Books/lectures/vidoes or projects or associated with the project of “Hrim” agree to all the conditions stated above and agree that if they violate any of the above conditions or the conditions framed from time to time they will be liable to a fine of Rs 5,00,000/-.
If any person in any case decide to create any dispute, they agree they will deposit Rs 5,00,000/- with “Hrim” , which will be non- refundable, to take care of legal expenses which may or may not be incurred by “Hrim” and any of the persons associated with it.
They also agree that all the disputes after depositing Rs 5,00,000/- will be resolved by Arbitration rules in the Indian Law by the Sole Arbitrator to be selected by “Hrim” and venue in Mumbai, Maharashtra , India for any such proceedings and the maximum award in whatever case will not exceed Rs 1,00,000/- .
